This means showing up with a positive attitude, actively connecting with campers, and setting the example through behavior. PACT Counselors demonstrate professionalism, respect, and responsibility while helping ensure that every participant feels both physically safe and emotionally supported throughout the day.</p><p>During afternoons, the PACT Counselor will take part in College and Career Exploration activities and events focused around future education opportunities and career pathways.
